Seth Coulter (@seth_a_c) is a self-taught, fine art landscape photographer who has spent nearly 10 years honing his craft. He purchased his first camera in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and began to document his travels with the military to show his family in the Midwest the beauty of the world. Soon thereafter, he served in the U.S. Navy’s Mass Communication Specialist (photojournalism) field, and in 2016 was accepted into the prestigious Military Photojournalism program at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse, New York. It was there that Seth began to experiment with digital infrared imagery, which allows the camera to see light normally unseen and reveal dreamlike landscapes of pinks and reds.
Seth’s work will be on display and available for sale at The Collective from mid-April into June. Also, come visit Seth in-person at The Collective during the Aloha Home Market on Sunday, May 5th from 9am-2pm, and he will tell you all about how and where he captured these amazing images!
